Arrived at 10 am to a line up of 15 people with one teller and 3 people wandering around looking lost(employees) one would occasionally wander over to offer help and then state oh you have to see the teller. Big help. Manager came out to join in the meandering when I suggested they should have more tellers and why the wanderers didn't open one she stated they weren't able to handle cash(??) She went back to her office and voila one of the wanderers opened a teller spot. Got out 45 minutes later, some people just left. Custom... read more
Takes 30mins to an hour every time no matter what it’s for understaffed for how many people it has to cater for
Wow what a fall down place of all places! Worse bank in BC. first off lets talk about the service, 3 tellers and a huge space wasted...takes at least 15 min every time im in there, others complaining on line behind me about parking meters running out. Im on disability and my payments come end of the month, my service charges come out on 23rd asked to pro-rate from there to the 30th ( id pay the weeks diffrence) so my account didnt keep going into the rears...NO i was told with no explaination other than no! so i say ok i wil... read more
