This is the worst bank to deal with. Customer Service is non-existent because even if you can speak with an employee, they're rude, they do not listen and they hang up call if you just say " exuse me, I cannot understand you. Can you repeat that?" For saying that nicely, I was hung up on. After waiting long. Ridiculously glitchy app & rude rude rude service. Every time. Go to any bank or credit union besides Scotiabank.
While they are open until 5pm, they do not have cash after 4pm. Bizarre. They should close at 4pm if they do not have cash. What kind of bank is open but has no cash available?!
