Well for some reason I couldn't sign on to my online account so I went to Belleville Scotia Branch while waiting on the line a well groom gentleman name( Josh )who works at the bank approached me ansd asked me if I needed help. I simply explained him the problem .Josh walked me through to solve the problem, he is a soft spoken with a lot of patience very knowledgeable, He is definitely an asset to this Bank business.
