I was very scared to go to this bank because of the rating I saw here, but I didn't have a choice. However, when I had to go there last week, I was greatly surprised by the excellent service I received. The staff were happy, friendly, and professional. They helped me resolve an issue quickly. I am honestly very happy. I would have given 5 stars, but since I only went once, I will see how the service is next time. If it is that great again, I will definitely give 5 stars.
Worst Branch and worst experience. Absurd and low integrity with pathetic level of prejudices of staff and supervisor.
I've found everyone very helpful.
