I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. I went to this branch to get a transaction history from my savings account and statements from my FHSA. Right from the start, the teller was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she kept telling me I could do it online, even after I explained that I had already tried and wasn’t able to get the documents I needed. I was very scared to go to this bank because of the rating I saw here, but I didn't have a choice. However, when I had to go there last week, I was greatly surprised by the excellent service I received. The staff were happy, friendly, and professional. They helped me resolve an issue quickly. Three tellers working their butt off while their supervisor sat there. So one point there were 12 people waiting. Was there for 40 minutes just to put in a check.
