Well for some reason I couldn't sign on to my online account so I went to Belleville Scotia Branch while waiting on the line a well groom gentleman name( Josh )who works at the bank approached me ansd asked me if I needed help. I simply explained him the problem .Josh walked me through to solve the problem, he is a soft spoken with a lot of patience very knowledgeable, He is definitely an asset to this Bank business. Thank you very much Josh ..now I see the green grass on the other side, *****
I would like to put no star for teller and manager there . Unprofessional customer service I ever experinced in canada. There people need trainig how to speak. No manner to talk with clients .
