I was very scared to go to this bank because of the rating I saw here, but I didn't have a choice. However, when I had to go there last week, I was greatly surprised by the excellent service I received. The staff were happy, friendly, and professional. They helped me resolve an issue quickly. I am honestly very happy. I would have given 5 stars, but since I only went once, I will see how the service is next time. Three tellers working their butt off while their supervisor sat there. So one point there were 12 people waiting. Was there for 40 minutes just to put in a check.
Absolutely horrible bank, had my accounts hacked and had to spend multiple hours on the phone being hung up on, having them say that they have locked the account when it wasn't, they also are so incompetent that when setting up my accounts they re-sent the 2-step verification to the person who had hacked my account. Also when setting up an RRSP the banking person that was setting it up literally lied saying that this rrsp cant be joint and that it could only be in one person's name, upon going to a new bank we learned that w... read more
