I went into the branch to attempt to close two credit cards (neither of which had a balance) as my mother had previously passed. Despite having the appropriate documentation, I was told that I would need to meet with Colin Purcell to complete the request. An appointment was booked but I could not attend. Went to use drive thru machine... no money and could not deposit! Not rhe first time this has happened.
Totally unwilling to help with a situation I had. Manager flat out would not help Went to the Kingston location and they had my issue resolved in 20 min Will never go to the Napanee location ever again and will not send anyone there
