Do not invest with Scotiabank!!! I was lied to on investing and now am loosing my money on a lie sold to me. Scotiabank is only interested in taking your money not giving you what you asked for. There advisors are only interested in there commissions and will lie to you to get you to invest not listen to what a customer wants and try to turn the tables on you. CAN'T PUT MY PAY IN, DOORS ARE LOCKED. Hire a security guard if you need to. I need to bank after hours. A man outside said it was to keep the homeless out. The homeless probably wouldn't sleep in there with all those spiders! The app is always down so I can't check my account; drive-thru always out of service; ATM inside took my cheque last month, wouldn't give receipt then CLOSED on me. As someone from the States, it 1) baffles me that Canadians pay so much for banking, feel awful for you guys and 2) Maybe you wouldn't have to lock up your doors during the day and prevent your customers from coming inside if you, y'know, just called the cops on the homeless people camping out in your lobbies.
