Can’t get ahold of anyone at the branch
2 stars for having lots of parking and a drive thru atm. The inside atms,unfortunately, don't have a lot of space, so if you're waiting for a machine you have to do your best Stevie Wonder impression so you don't look like you're trying to see people's info. Sadly, the atm wouldn't do what I needed, so I had to go to a teller. Long wait... 2 tellers were working, but both had elderly customers who took a long time. Go to Belleville or Kingston for Scotiabank. They are not helpful and they work like you disturb them.
Do not invest with Scotiabank!!! I was lied to on investing and now am loosing my money on a lie sold to me. Scotiabank is only interested in taking your money not giving you what you asked for. There advisors are only interested in there commissions and will lie to you to get you to invest not listen to what a customer wants and try to turn the tables on you.
