The bank closes at 7pm on Thursday as stated in their website but we arrive at 5:30pm and it is already close. This branch is very unreliable.

The manager was ridiculously NON-knowledgeable and very rude.
I visited the Scotiabank Windermere branch, and during my first visit, they told me that I would be able to identify myself and access my debit card with just my Social Insurance Number (SIN). However, when I returned with my SIN, they suddenly told me it wasn’t enough – they said I couldn’t get my debit card, and that I also couldn’t verify my identification.
