Wish I could give zero stars. Useless branch with noticeably untrained staff. Dont go here for any banking needs.
No amount of convenience will make up for the fact that this location is absolutely horrible in not only customer service but in employee competency. I was there to do a simple change to my account but the employee messed up and made me unable to access my money I needed immediately for a few days. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything just sass and attitude like I was causing them trouble. The Scotia Windermere branch has the worse customer service ever. I actually have gone there a few time to get a problem resolved witha new account I opened. Every visit I got a different directive, when I went back and ask ti close my account, which they said can't be done unless I go to my home branch. This being a branch I never been too, how can it be my home branch and to make it worse it is 35mins from my home address. I came to the institution to get an account statement. I checked the opening hours in advance. On Thursday, according to the schedule and on Google Maps, they are open until 7 pm. At 6 pm, the doors are already closed. And this is the second time this has happened, according to the schedule, it should be open, but in reality, the bank is not working.
