Too bad I can't give Scotiabank a MINUS 5 star rating !,,,,,They suddenly closed my on line account through no fault of mine.Tried to call their help line,,,,,after 40 minutes of listening to music and advertising, someone answered .,,,,he was a polite fellow but couldn't help me,,,,,,said I had to go to the main branch to talk to them,,,,,walked in to find 12 person line up.,,,finally approached a teller,,discussed the situation for 45 minutes,,,,they had no clue as to what was wrong ,,,my acc. is still closed.,,this was Fr... read more
Severely understaffed. Wait times are Horrible. Feel sorry for people who work there, must be overworked. I wouldn't want to have a banking relationship with them.
I have a new car loan through this bank and I needed to change the dates that the payment comes out. On 2 Seperate days I wanted on hold for 6 hours in total. Even when I did speak to a representative they also put me on hold for even longer for a simple question to move my payment to monthly from biweekly. The agents are nice but shame on this company for not having enough staff and for not only their customers to receive a poor experience but also their agents.
Have been calling the service for so long now no response. I have been on wait for almost an hour and 40 min still no response. This is poor.
