I have had an issue with fraud department and Kelly Purdy and a teller(forgot her name) helped me a lot and reactivated my account. I found everyone was really helpful. I thank a lot to Kelly for really taking my case seriously.
They used to be bery nice here. We really liked banking here years ago. Not anymore. Now they will pick your pocket every chance they get and with attitude too. Terrible what has happened to banks. Best to use online banking. Simpli has been very good to us.

Too bad I can't give Scotiabank a MINUS 5 star rating !,,,,,They suddenly closed my on line account through no fault of mine.Tried to call their help line,,,,,after 40 minutes of listening to music and advertising, someone answered .,,,,he was a polite fellow but couldn't help me,,,,,,said I had to go to the main branch to talk to them,,,,,walked in to find 12 person line up.,,,finally approached a teller,,discussed the situation for 45 minutes,,,,they had no clue as to what was wrong ,,,my acc. is still closed.,,this was Fr... read more
