I live nearby this bank ... so I decide to go to grab my rent . Every single time I go in they do a deep dive into my account as if I am a criminal. I ask them about it ... they telling me they have to update my account . Update it every month ? I am a black man .. I watch people walk in and out every single time and no ID is asked ... but as soon as I go up without fail Im asked to id myself as if its not my money and my account . Tangerine (via this branch's ATM) took $200 from my account after an ATM error, then only returned it “as a goodwill gesture.” Feeling extorted and humiliated—this is not how a bank should treat customers.
