I have been a loyal customer of Scotiabank for more than 25 years. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. Worst service by the old lady. stupid suggestions and unnecessary questions. She is Scotia bank’s liability. Scotia bank is always wins the least customer service provider
Poor service. even though they saw there is a long line up, the staff just keep chatting with the coworkers , no intention to help the customers
