The worst branch I have ever seen. They are responsive only when you want to open account. After that you will not receive any services. I extremely recommend do not use their branch. Actually I am thinking to get my investment from their bank. How silly i was to open account with them.

Waited for Linda Chung for my 2 pm appointment. Even though she was informed I was waiting, her office door was still closed. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to walk away. Linda Chung is very unprofessional!
There were so few people in the store, and I was the only customer at the time, but after promising to get things done in person, he didn't do anything at all… On April 2, I visited the Steveston branch in the afternoon to change my account package to a Basic Banking Account, which carries a $3.95 monthly service fee.
