Decent service thx
Tangerine (via this branch's ATM) took $200 from my account after an ATM error, then only returned it “as a goodwill gesture.” Feeling extorted and humiliated—this is not how a bank should treat customers.
The worst branch I have ever seen. They are responsive only when you want to open account. After that you will not receive any services. I extremely recommend do not use their branch. Actually I am thinking to get my investment from their bank. How silly i was to open account with them.
They do not answer phone calls — They provide no information—Worst experience with Scotiabank
Waited for Linda Chung for my 2 pm appointment. Even though she was informed I was waiting, her office door was still closed. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to walk away. Linda Chung is very unprofessional!
