Very poor customer service.
I visited this Scotiabank branch today and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. One of the female staff members was very rude throughout our interaction. She seemed unwelcoming, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and did not provide helpful assistance when I asked questions. As a customer, I expect basic professionalism and courtesy. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope management looks into this and provides proper customer service training, as this does not reflect well on the bank.

Alot of waiting in lines . Staff looks like unexperienced. If someone shows them valid identification still asking for more identification for no reason
I visited this branch today to request a bank balance certificate and update my address. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The employee I dealt with was unhelpful and seemed panicked during the process. Even though I showed my valid ID, debit/credit cards, and online banking information, he insisted on additional documents such as my passport. This felt like its unnecessary .
