I had a very disappointing experience with this branch. I visited the branch multiple times seeking assistance, but unfortunately, I received little to no meaningful help. I also booked an appointment with an advisor, which turned out to be a complete waste of time. There was no real effort made to understand my concern or provide a proper solution. Aman provided excellent customer service. He made my weekend much better by sharing a lot of banking information about my account, including my TFSA, savings, and investments. He is very knowledgeable.

Don't ever go to this Branch. They won't honor certified checks or bank drafts that have been certified. They demand to put holds on those types of checks and all they do is give attitude in return. I have never in my life have ever had a certified or bank draft held from any bank that I've dealt with clearly the banks don't want you to have your money
