I visited this branch yesterday and just asked for new debit card, and the employee named Aman Malik, who doesn’t know what the confidentiality means even after working in a scotia bank discloses my personal account information in front of other customers without my consent, and didn’t know how to assist the customers, showed me disrespectful behaviour. I visited this Scotiabank branch because I had no other option for the service I needed. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The lady at the counter was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. Lady sitting with glasses on, seems like the manager. I don’t know what problem does she have every time she is rude. Maybe she needs to learn how to behave to elders, could have respected my grandmother and treated her better. This is not the first time i experienced this, she always seems short tempered. Management in this branch lacks leadership skills.
