Alot of waiting in lines . Staff looks like unexperienced. If someone shows them valid identification still asking for more identification for no reason
I visited this branch today to request a bank balance certificate and update my address. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The employee I dealt with was unhelpful and seemed panicked during the process. Even though I showed my valid ID, debit/credit cards, and online banking information, he insisted on additional documents such as my passport. This felt like its unnecessary . Customer service desk not helpful and impolite.
We had a great experience at Scotiabank thanks to Bradley Peters! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient while guiding us through the process of opening our account. Bradley made everything easy to understand, answered all our questions, and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out.
