Horrible follow up.. This is the second time JC and his colleague were supposed to call me back, but never did. Very disappointing to see the lack of care when I clearly indicated this was a time sensitive matter.

Teller at the bank was extremely rude, kept taking her mask off, and made upset faces at me without answering my question in a straightforward manner, I left and decided to go to a different bank despite this one being the closest to my home. Was a waste of time.
