Had wait 30 minutes to get 10$ worth of loonies
This is not at all about this branch in particular. I just want to express my frustration with how atrocious the customer service is over the phone, solely based on how long it takes to actually speak to a representative. If you wanna do something as simple as increasing your atm withdrawal limit it is generally always 45 minutes or more waiting on the phone.
