Very bad experience. I went there today morning because I can’t access my Scotiabank app. After visiting there I come to know that my services is terminated.They didn’t gave me any prior notice for that and handover to me a letter which mentioned end of services stated 23 June 2026. Called in to take advantage of there (High Interest Savings Account) .. was met with the most standoff-rude and condescending lady on the phone. Who does Scotiabank's hiring at this location? Firstly, the lady I spoke with had no clue what she was talking about. It was literally a waste of time to even dial this branches phone number to ask a question.
