Extremely disappointed with how Scotiabank handled a serious credit reporting issue. A loan I never took was incorrectly linked to my name and reported as a public record. Despite raising a formal complaint, the bank failed to fix the mistake and closed the case, claiming everything was correct. This error has affected my credit for no reason, and Scotiabank has taken no real responsibility. If a bank can’t protect or accurately manage customer information, that’s a major red flag. Would not recommend.
A young girl at front was very rude. There was smile on her face at all and making faces on us. She looks like she doesn’t care about customers. Thank you!
