I love this bank.
Had wait 30 minutes to get 10$ worth of loonies
This is not at all about this branch in particular. I just want to express my frustration with how atrocious the customer service is over the phone, solely based on how long it takes to actually speak to a representative. If you wanna do something as simple as increasing your atm withdrawal limit it is generally always 45 minutes or more waiting on the phone. I have never had a bad experience at the Bank but I think there needs to be a reminder that I am a customer and there should be a bit more hospitality. I pay them 12$ a month to hold my money, so that they can use that has leverage for their investments which makes them money. The staff should appreciate the customers patronage a bit more.
