I Have been doing bank deposits for Petro-Canada to Scotiabank for years. Today no employee at the Scotiabank had the knowledge to get it done for me, it was an MS donation to be deposited. It was for a good cause. All the other Petro-Canada stations had no problem at the other Scotiabanks only me with this bank. All the Petro-Canada employees had the same information that I had to get it done. The Scotiabank employees have no excuse. The teller has no knowledge. The worst service ever. Had one experience with a teller, she was clearly exhausted with her job and was miserable. I would be to if I didn’t have great comprehension skills. Their hours online said they were opened but when i arrived they had closed the bank. This branch is horrible.

My wife and I dealt with Financial Advisor Melissa Andrews. She is amazing! She cares about people and she is great to deal with. I highly recommend her and Scotia Bank Fort Sask!
