I had an excellent experience at Scotiabank with Samantha Khan. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very approachable. Samantha took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. I really appreciate the great service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help at Scotiabank!
Said they’d call, never did. The older woman who was working the front yesterday morning was condescending and rude. Edit: Samantha K was my representative. Thanks Samantha for the radio silence! It’s been 3 weeks and nothing. None of these people care about your livelihoods, bank elsewhere. Need to find out how to report the manager of this branch directly to Scotiabank so maybe a turnaround can happen. If this is your quality of work, I would hate to see how you handle yourself personally.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This branch is absolutely horrendous. The majority of the tellers are extremely arrogant, haughty, rude, and unhelpful. Constantly giving unsolicited advice. The ACTUAL advisors can be absolute gems though. To them— I’m sorry you work with such horrible people. Also, these hours are ridiculous. I guess screw any regular person with a regular job and regular working hours, because you’ll never be able to make it in for banking services.
