I opened up a Power Savings account. Because I have not withdrawn funds or added to it in over 2 years, my account has to be deactivated! Good grief. So much for it being a Power Savings account. I will withdraw the money.
They lack a customer-centric mindset.
Dealt with Deborah for some new debit card and online banking issues and she was very helpful and pleasant despite being quite busy.
terrible customer service, servers go down randomly way too often, and go down for maintenance even more. cannot access any funds and have missed bills because of it. would not recommend, and definitely do not try contacting them, it is painstakingly annoying
Seems like the staff decide when the bank closes, the posted hours online are just for show. I went in to deposit a cheque before closing and was told to come back tomorrow. Pretty disappointing when people rely on accurate hours to plan their day. I’ll be switching banks.
