Anne was the teller that “helped me” genuinely should not be dealing with people’s money. i went in asking to exchange some money for travel. unsure of when or how it works i was asking questions, anne told me to come back a week before my flight so i did. then another teller tells me i wont get that money until after my flight when i went back. ridiculous that a bank worker can’t help someone in the moment and then when i come back on the day she suggested im screwed over. please consider firing this women or hiding her in ... read more

I went to a teller to get help with a visa transaction error on my card, teller was rude and told me I have to call and do it myself , I told her I did and everyone I got after waiting 45 mins I could not understand them had just a heavy acent , and then they hung up on me , told her I worked for a bank before I had my babies and at my branch we would always call for our customers. I opened up a Power Savings account. Because I have not withdrawn funds or added to it in over 2 years, my account has to be deactivated! Good grief. So much for it being a Power Savings account. I will withdraw the money.
