Very poor customer service.
This bank location both atm machines keeps rejecting paper Bills, there's definitely something wrong with their atm machines.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Customer service is non-existent at this branch.
My family is struggling like millions of canadians. Went in for $100 courtesy overdraft. Branch supervisor listened to my story whilst shooting the breeze with another customer for upwards of 20 minutes just to then come and tell me essentially I wasnt worth her time. I have made a formal complaint to scotia bank and will be escalating as much as humanly possible. It wasn't the money that upset me. It was that you treated me like I wasn't worth your time.
