It was my first time being BULLIED in a bank. The old lady was very aggressive, rude, scary, and loud when I was trying to address the info she needed. Then I refused to talk to her, and she acted SUPER NICE to the next guest, trying so hard to show the qualities that she doesn’t have. One of the lady cashiers was extremely rude to me and tried to rush me as I was asking a question.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Husna, Sasa, and Brenda at the Square One Scotiabank branch. They were extremely helpful and super nice! They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism and truly know how to take care of their customers. Exceptional service!
I was planing to open the new account So I Went to few banks , I didn’t like the service so finally I Went to the scotia in side the mall , a lady name was Sherin ( sorry if my spelling is wrong ) , wahoo perfect customer service she has , kind, smily , she has so much energy , also looks fresh , she helped me lots , thank you dear
