Some teller’s costumer service is very poor. While few tellers have the good customer service, some of them specially the older tellers need to be re evaluated if they can still learn to improve their customer service skills. Scotia bank should not ignore people’s reviews as banking is kinda necessity and people just have to endure the poor service instead of travelling farther to other branches.
