Great place
Never in my life have I met a group of workers who want their jobs to become obsolete. Every time I come into the branch, it feels like I’m scolded about how I can do things online - buddy, I came into the branch for a reason. I came in the other day to make a deposit and get a new debit card. Of course the deposit went fine, customer service was lacking… but whatever. Then I go to ask for a new card. Customer service is not good. Avoid this location
The staff are exceptional and the management go out of their way for clients. Not sure what more you would want from your local branch - kindness and respect and quality service !
Terrible branch, there is 0 customer service! The door says open until 5:00. When I walked in at 4:02 they said it was digital hour and to use the bank machine!
