To b frank they were not bad 10 years back.now they treat customers like garbage, I try 2 book appointments several times.my son needs to submit fees for college .they don't bother called several times 4 appointments. Noone bothers.please don't treat small town people like this
I frequently use this branch as my home branch is in Hamilton. Usually great service with friendly helpful tellers but today had a new rude teller. After I put my card and pin in he asked me to show ID I told him it was in my car and I just identified myself with my card He said he needed proof and I had to show license or health card. I told him I have been Scotiabank customer for over 30yrs he said it didn't matter I had to show ID I replied "Then I can't pay my income tax bill?" Great place
Never in my life have I met a group of workers who want their jobs to become obsolete. Every time I come into the branch, it feels like I’m scolded about how I can do things online - buddy, I came into the branch for a reason. I came in the other day to make a deposit and get a new debit card. Of course the deposit went fine, customer service was lacking… but whatever. Then I go to ask for a new card.
