This branch is closing, which is understandable seeing how the manager behaves and the reviews speak for themselves. After waiting for 35 minutes with just one person ahead of me (there was only 1 available teller who was trying her best to assist), the manager abruptly interrupted, stating it was closing time at 3 pm and there was somewhere he had to go, leaving my query unresolved. FYI I had a suspicious activity detected on my account and had to cancel my both cards and I was in distress.
Zero Star because both of the tellers were absolutely unprofessional and even they don't understand English very well. The manager was not at the branch. I wish I could give zero Star. Totally not recommended
Terrible service from both this branch and from head office in dealing with a difficult matter.
Unbelievable service from this branch. All my interactions have been friendly, and positive with the tellers and the financial advisors. Everyone is so well trained and knowledgeable. The managers there, Matthew and Faten, are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and know how to treat their customers.
Switched my home branch to here as I moved and they're horrible don't go to this branch
