I was in a bad car accident, ICBC wrote my car off, I go into scotiabank to give them the check, the assistant manager Megan takes the cheque says it will take 5-7 business days to clear, and that they will call me to go over the payment for the remainder. We say great! After 4 weeks we are getting emails, letters and calls saying they haven’t received payment we are going to collections. They are threading to out a lien on my house. They never deposited the cheque are she was on vacation according to the bank. No one return... read more
Come in for a bank appt. Get treated like you’re off the street and almost denied use of a washroom….not interested in employees long explanation as to why…. You can’t expect people to be here for appts without washrooms?…… very not cool.
