My dad and I met with Saif to renew a mortgage and it was a great experience. He was knowledgeable without being pushy. He also helped me with accessing my online banking which I was having trouble with for years and the last branch I was at never helped. He called someone and had them reset it. Great experience with Saif.

Slowest bank ever. Had a line through the whole building and they were chatting to someone for 30 minutes straight. If you can’t do your job, get someone else to work there.
