Update...Business Account Manager "Hanley"...Just awful. Zero professionalism. Doesn't return calls or emails, and after a week gives excuses rather than taking responsibility for his inability to do his job. Typical Scotia behaviour. - March 2026. Been trying to book an appointment for a month with anyone from this branch. Left multiple voicemails, spent ridiculous amounts of time on hold...only to have the call disconnect. So I am a tangerine customer which means I have to use the scotia bank machines. Well i go to deposit money in the drive thru atm, it says deposit error! Then wont spit out my money i had to reach my hand in the machine to claw out what I was able to get of my money. It says to call the scotia number I did, they said oh you aren't a scotia client we can't help you. Then they aren't open until 9:30! You are in freaking finance open at 8 like a normal institution. Worst bank ever. Specifically Melissa at this branch. Take your banking anyplace but here. Couldnt be more unhelpful if they tried, CIBC were shocked when they heard what went on

I'm not necessarily rating this Branch one star, but Scotiabank in general is garbage. I canceled two accounts, told them not to call me with marketing offers, and over the next 3 days received phone calls trying to market me and get me back on accounts. On accounts. I canceled my accounts because I was getting too many marketing calls in the first place. They want to squeeze you dry. They want every penny you have. They want to sucker you into as many bad deals as possible so that they can keep on making money.
