We booked an appointment through the app to discuss a time sensitive issue. The only branch option given during the booking process was Crapaud - 20km away (our nearest branch is less than 5km away, but will soon be moved farther away). When we arrived for our appointment, we found the branch closed. No notice given to us even though it's been several days since the appointment was booked (plenty of time to advise us of the closure). Be very careful where you choose to have your "home branch" as, unlike a majority of companies in the 21st century, you cannot just walk into one branch of this company and have them deal with your issues and concerns via a centralized computer system... No, this company has a crazy policy whereby your only way of accessing your account information is to visit a branch that is only open 6 hours a day, and then, only when that one member of staff is there.
