Always helped me when I needed help love this bank
Not a good impression! So I came into a fairly large sum of money, and was shopping around for the best bank to invest with. I walk in and stand at the back of the line and the employee literally hollers over the desk in front of everyone asking "what I was looking for? "in a very unfriendly tone. I was stunned! Ive never seen this at a bank.. Everyone at the bank dosent need to know why I'm there! It felt so awkward..so I did a u-turn and went to the RBC down the road where they are are professional and pleasant!
Worst customer service I’ve ever received, tellers are generally rude to customers.
