Not enough staff and open only 10-3 .
Worst bank i ever seen in my life. Their customer service is bad. Never enough staff. Open only 5 hours ( Monday-Friday). Always big line up. You need at least an hour for less than a minute work. Biggest thing they don’t even care about these issues.
Great staff, helped me with a debit card issue. Thank you Brian for taking the time with me. After making several phone calls to the help center he was able to get my card working for me. 100% resolution.
worst banking service ever. all the sudden close my account, and says by the end of month, but closed in a few days, can't wait. I dont delay credit card payment, I dont owe them nothing, I have business with them, and they only want to keep the business account. what a ridiculous bank. no reason. just a letter.
