My wife and I arrived at 3pm on a Friday needing to open a bank account as we had just migrated from Australia. Monina went above and beyond to help us out and talked us through every step of the way. The whole process was seamless thanks to her.
Today I went to the bank and I wanted to deposit my paycheck for salary in my account and always I do that because when I deposit myself this hold in 5 or 7 days and I don't have time wait for that because I should give money for my rent or bills. but today when I visited one teller in this bank and I said her please deposit my paycheck without hold on and I explain to her for what but she didn't any try to me for help and also she didn't know what should she do!? and said me sorry I can't do anything for you and I be so sad... read more
I hate going to this branch since the customer service is awful. Ms. Elena Tsung was impolite and disrespectful during our interaction.
It’s noon. 5 tills - one open, with a trainer. Other workers walking around as this is normal, not saying, not doing anything at all.
