The service at this branch has been consistently disappointing. I booked an appointment with an advisor to begin both a personal and business relationship with the branch, but another client was mistakenly taken in my place. When I was eventually seen, the meeting felt rushed, with little effort to provide meaningful advice or support. I had a very disappointing experience with Leila, one of the tellers at the bank. She was not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my needs. Her attitude made the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. I expect better customer service from a bank, and unfortunately, Leila did not meet even the basic standards.
My wife and I arrived at 3pm on a Friday needing to open a bank account as we had just migrated from Australia. Monina went above and beyond to help us out and talked us through every step of the way. The whole process was seamless thanks to her.
