shocking at how poor their service level is for business clients. They rejected our own incoming wire and now they've lost the funds, and unable to help find them. Its been over 5 weeks. would strongly suggest going elsewhere.
Bad customer service. When the assistant manager is unwilling to lead by example the whole poor customer service culture passes down to everyone else. Tons of banks and they all want your money and business, go elsewhere and find someone that respects you and your money that you earned with your own two hands.

She handled our request quickly and efficiently, and patiently guided us through the process. Her positive attitude made everything smooth and stress-free.
