I had a great experience at the Scotiabank branch. Ms. Marjan was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. She handled our request quickly and efficiently, and patiently guided us through the process. Her positive attitude made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend this branch.

The service at this branch has been consistently disappointing. I booked an appointment with an advisor to begin both a personal and business relationship with the branch, but another client was mistakenly taken in my place. When I was eventually seen, the meeting felt rushed, with little effort to provide meaningful advice or support. I had a very disappointing experience with Leila, one of the tellers at the bank. She was not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my needs. Her attitude made the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. I expect better customer service from a bank, and unfortunately, Leila did not meet even the basic standards.
