What kind of Big Bank in Canada closes at 4? Froze my online banking and wouldn’t verify me over the phone so needed to go into the branch yet they are only open for 6 1/2 hours a day.
The only reason I'm giving Scotia Bank one star is because there is not an option for zero stars. Absolutely the worst charter bank in Canada and I've used all of them. I could write a book about their incompetence
I don't know how anyone could chose to do business here. They have so many anti-consumer choices built into their software, product offerings, etc. Their customer service is non existent, and what kind of place closes at 4pm on WEEKDAYS!? I can't wait till my mortgage term is up and I can quit dealing with this horrible company once and for all
