Id give them less if I could
Horrible customer service. Atm at the branch gives me a cut up $10 bill. I try to redeposit it and it gets rejected. Waited an hour for the branch to open at 9:30am. Was told it's a good bill as serial numbers were still showing. I asked that they please exchange it if it's "good". They said they couldn't as I was not a Scotia bank customer (it was their ATM). Ridiculous, I only had this cut up bill with big chunk missing because of them. Thanks for nothing.
