Great service, everything is easy to understand. Good parking, good hours and the staff were great helping my grandson who has autism within banking needs
Bad customer service, poor communication with financial advisors, and hours that don't work for the regular person. Worst Scotiabank branch I've dealt with by far.
What kind of Big Bank in Canada closes at 4? Froze my online banking and wouldn’t verify me over the phone so needed to go into the branch yet they are only open for 6 1/2 hours a day.
