I absolutely hate scotia bank, but this branch is amazing! The staff were friendly and very helpful, I had a few questions and they were not only happy to help but also very informative, above and beyond! Thank you!
The worst impersonal bank I have ever dealt with. They rather look you up and down and then look away. Hi or hello is not even in their vocabulary !! Went in on Friday got called up next in line. It was Friday 1 teller and 2 trainees. After waiting and finally getting beckoned up, the teller said I can’t help you I’m a trainee. We’ve been a long time member and we’ll be changing banks. Terrible customer service, including the assistant manager.
The tellers are always happy to help
Not a good bank for working class, young people or families. They are closed at 4 and not open Saturday and Sunday. Most people work during the week until 4:30-5 so how could they possibly access any banking services? Scotiabank unfortunately is for retirees and the unemployed.
