I went today April 15 2026, to exchange some bills for rolls of change, I was informed a scotia bank account was needed to complete the transaction. Ridiculous, that a person can't exchange tender for tender without an account,
If I could, I would give them a big fat ZERO star! My brother went to Scotiabank on Granville, he was denied depositing into my account today. BS! He doesn't need an account to deposit money into my account! I have been a customer for years, so disappointed in Scotiabank services in Vancouver Granville street!!!!!
Very good service. Staff are professional and friendly.
Financial advisor (Pooja Barot) who was helping us is extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. She explained about all the savings account and all the investment options so well. I don’t think I had such good service in this country ever before.
