The vision is clear, Scotia Optical are knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. I went there for my first appointment today and had one of the most personable doctor-patient experiences I’ve ever had in regards to *any* kind of doctor. Goes to show that a smile and good attitude can go a long way, even on a Monday morning.
What a great place for vision care. Their examinations are extremely thorough, both contact fittings and general eye exams. They have a very nice selection of frames, and were very patient with me in selecting my new frames. I have been to a number of their competitors, with lackluster results. Scotia Optical is the best in the area!
I truly enjoyed my experience at Scotia Optical the last 4 years. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, I prefer seeing an eye doctor in person and since they changed it recently I wasn’t made aware until I called to set an appointment , I plan to change my doctor. Definitely a personal choice, I’d recommend them to anyone.
This is my 2nd year going there and I’ll never go elsewhere! The service is outstanding! No comparison with those conveyer belt factories that scuttle you in and try to upsell you on everything and anything. Very personal one on one attentive to detail service. Not to mention how friendly the staff is. I got a thorough education on the way bifocals and trifocals are created which helped me to pick the best item for me. It’s refreshing to deal with people who know their craft!
