Used to love scotch and Soda, purchased items in Amsterdam store, Boston, and denver, but no longer now that under new ownership. Returned items and got a $600 gift card. Store when into bankruptcy and was bought out by another company. No longer honored our gift card and told us to come back after ownership is changed. Came back and the store is closed. Called corporate, they couldn’t care less. Said I have to go to another store thousands of miles away. Awful customer appreciation, and now I’m out $600.
I had never been into scotch and soda before today- Nick was super helpful and friendly, telling me about the store and picking out really fun pieces for me to try on. Even though I didn’t walk out with anything I will definitely be back for the great atmosphere and unique clothes! Thanks Nick!
