Horrible experience. I had to go back into their office three times to make them finish my tax documents. I have been waiting four weeks for my refund and still haven't received it. I am not sure they did it correctly. Stay far away from this business. Find alternative tax help.

Don't even bother trying. All you'll end up with are problems with the IRS. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Do not file taxes here!! The CPA I used Carmen Mora forgot to file my 2023 taxes and I had over $3500 in penalties and interest owed to the IRS. Will be filing a formal complaint to the board and possible small claims court lawsuit coming.
