Scooter quite in us down town and made us walked them 4km to 5 different parking zones and wouldn’t let us cancel the ride, a whole day has gone by and the scooter is still actively charging us and no way to stop it, I’ve had this experience with these scooters the last 3 times I’ve rode them, do not recommend and don’t waste your money
If I could give this service a lower score, I would. Beware of putting any funds in the wallet. By default, they charge the credit card on the account and not the wallet first. Also, once you put funds into the wallet, they won’t process refund requests. You’re forced to use it and then will be charged more as you’ll likely not use the exact balance on the trip.
