My online search for a Canadian supplier of the Rohloff Speedhub oil change kit produced only three candidates, one of them a we-sell-everything behemoth whose price was unreasonably high, and two independent bike stores. I went with Scooteretti's lower price, which was followed by a prompt delivery and much appreciated chain of emails to track the steps involved. An excellent online shopping experience in all respects. And next time I'm in Ottawa I'll be sure to visit the actual store for an onsite look.

I found Scooteretti on my laptop. We needed a new e-bike battery and could not find one in the Windsor area. Upon reading about returns it said no returns on a battery so got a hold of customer service. A nice lady by the name of Crystal told us we needed the old battery number and to send pictures to her. Upon sending she explained that they longer had a 400wh but the 500 would fit no problem.
