We just bought 2 e-bikes at Scooteretti and the whole experience was fantastic! The staff and owners were super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the process smooth. Online order and pickup was super fast—ready in just 2–3 business days. If you’re looking for European e-bikes in downtown Ottawa, this is absolutely the place to go. 100% recommend!
My online search for a Canadian supplier of the Rohloff Speedhub oil change kit produced only three candidates, one of them a we-sell-everything behemoth whose price was unreasonably high, and two independent bike stores. I went with Scooteretti's lower price, which was followed by a prompt delivery and much appreciated chain of emails to track the steps involved. An excellent online shopping experience in all respects. And next time I'm in Ottawa I'll be sure to visit the actual store for an onsite look.
Absolutely amazing experience... AGAIN! This is the second Moustache E-bike I've purchased from Scooteretti. The last one I picked up... This one I had shipped. Awesome customer service. They fully built the bike before shipping, to help ensure there were no issues out of the factory. Gazelle Avignon C380- and Scooteretti To purchase my third Gazelle bike I contacted Scooteretti, William took my call. I asked him a few questions and received further information via e-mails. I purchased the bike. The bike was delivered from Ottawa to Burlington, via Day and Ross. It was well wrapped and protected -almost fully assembled. They're easy, they're fast, they're absolutely brilliant. Not a single shop around the globe would have a specific item, not even the brand (nor send it overseas for what it matters). Out of Sale. Out of Stock. And yet they got it when they said they were going to have it and I could buy it and they sent it over, well wrapped, very fast, to Dublin (Ireland) from Ottawa (Canada).
