EV failed last day in a park, terrible customer service, only option was to go back to hotel, wait there and get a replacement, loosing the entire day at the park. No other option was offered.
Our scooter was delivered with 2 dead batteries. Once charged they only last 1 hour if that. So instead of enjoying the magic kingdom, we are stuck charging every hour!!
A mobility company shouldn't be judged when things go well, but rather by how they handle problems. Because of this, Scooterbug deserves a zero. I rented two scooters, and one of them simply does not charge. I plugged it in ALL NIGHT, and today I couldn't use it at all because it had the exact same battery level it had last night. Unfortunately, our experience with ScooterBug was very disappointing. We specifically booked the scooter delivery service for 11:00 AM so that we could have the scooter available and enjoy the water park as planned. However, by 2:41 PM, the scooter still had not been delivered. When we contacted ScooterBug, we were told that delivery could take another 2–3 hours. ScooterBug is a great company that I highly recommend to anyone in need of ECV and/or wheelchair rental in Orlando Florida. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind. The service provided is great and prompt. If you have any issue with the equipment you have rented, ScooterBug responds to your concerns right away. The equipment is excellent and in great shape.
