We always use ScooterBug when we go to Disney. They drop off and pick up at the hotel, no need to meet anyone at a specific time. When called about issues they were resolved in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend them!
Scooterbug was amazing. Everything was there. Just think it was supposed to be when we got to Disney and all we had to do when we were done was drop it back off and they picked it up with no problems. Everything worked just as great as they said it would we had a great time. Thanks again, Scooterbug.
I was At Disney of our Thanksgiving and rented an electric wheelchair from scooter bug for a week, everything went great. It lasted more than six hours of your day. I had no issues at all. They dropped it off at the hotel and I dropped it back off to bellhop before leaving for airport.
Really convenient drop off ant pick up. The scooter worked perfectly for moving around the parks at Disneyworld.
