I used them the first year and had a great experience. I used them on this trip and it was completely opposite. This thing looked like someone drive it down a flight of stairs....you could not even lean back on the seat because it was so loose and fell backward. THEN...the battery died as soon as we got into the park...maybe 30 -45 minutes ....even though we completely charged it the night before. Scooter arrived with a full charged battery and on time.
We had a great experience renting the scooter from them. They dropped it off at our hotel that we were staying at. It was very easy calling them to rent the scooter. We recommend this company to rent from.
