Excellent communication - delivered on-time. At Disney delivered to bell desk at hotel and returned there when done. Absolutely no issues. Recommend buying the insurance - many obstacles in line at the parks - minor damage can happen quickly and easily. Highly recommended Scooter Bug!
Had problems with the Scooter cutting off on us, called customer service, our replacement scooter was there waiting for us. Highly recommend them for Scooter Rentals.
When booking I found it a little strange that the rep at Scooterbug didn’t have any suggestions for what ECV to rent for my needs, so I just chose one randomly and hoped that Disney knew who they partnered with. I picked it up at my hotel without difficulty but after a couple of days I realized that the ECV would not hold the break automatically like it should. I called Scooterbug for assistance and spoke with a less than helpful rep, who was short with me and told me that I needed to pump the lever in the back moving it fro... read more
