This is our second time using them. They always have our equipment dropped off before we arrive and pick up from our resort. This time we did have to exchange scooters because the first one wouldn't keep a charge. The process was simple though.
All good but one of the charging leads was faulty. Scooter itself was not the greatest. Not enough legroom for example.
Scooterbug is Awesome! Scooter was waiting for me at my resort as I requested. It was immaculately clean and functioned perfectly. Drop off at Bell services was super easy and convenient. 100% will use them again! Thank you Scooterbug!
