I have been using Scooterbug for years and I cannot say enough good things! It's cheaper than renting a scooter in a Disney park and this way, I get to have it around the resort and can take on any Disney bus or the Skyliner. Using a scooter helps me enjoy the full park day with my friends and family and Scooterbug takes all the stress out of renting one. Delivery has always been reliable and I love that I can just arrive to my resort and hop on my scooter and that it's an easy drop off when it's time to leave.
This is the 5th time in 3 yrs we’ve rented from ScooterBug & it’s always easy, clean & reasonable cost! We rent scooters & double strollers with zero issues. The equipment is at our hotel when we arrive & we return it to the same place at our hotel. Easy & excellent experience 100%!
We had an amazing experience with scooterbug - will always recommend them! We had a wet battery mishap and they were able to deliver a whole new scooter to our resort within an hour! The old scooter stayed at the park and they picked it up. I was shocked that the process was so stress free. We had a split stay so the drop off and pick up locations were different but a breeze to set up. With the 100 degree days my kids absolutely needed the stroller and with my mobility issues post-car accident there was no way I could enjoy ... read more

Before renting from this company please read: During our recent 5 day ScooterBug rental to the Orlando area, we were left stranded not once but twice and replacements had to be sent. We stayed at a Disney resort and visited both Disney and Universal theme parks using the Resort Lite ECV for ease of transportation. Two scooter breakdowns in a 5 day period is unacceptable, and each came with a cost. To start, let me state that we lost precious time.
