I had some questions about scooting on Disney transportation - ferries and monorail (all will), and also about the battery pack for the lite-rider (can be carried on the scooter). Vanessa had all the answers, was very professional and patient and helpful about comparing the various scooters available. She didn't even ask me how to spell my name - a first!
Our scooter was supposed to be delivered at 7 PM last night. Then we were told delivery would be postponed until 9. I spoke to an agent last night who ensured me our scooter was delivered to the hotel. My husband (a disabled vet) walked sown to the office for the fourth time this morning only to be told the scooter never arrived.
