Customer Service since moving to Kilkenny has gone out the window for the parts and services department, when trying to call them you get a excuse that they are unable to take calls... I tried for a whole week every day sometimes twice a day at different times and was still unable to get through Even when customer service send internal emails to the parts and service area they remain unanswered and don't follow up on customer enquiries I can no longer recommend scooter world based on my recent experiences..
So lovely the attentive staff and they have a spectacular range of products. Very good location too.
Bought the perfect walker today. Nice & light to manoeuvre in & out of my little vehicle. So Happy.
