Very prompt and professional shipping and service i would highly recommend to all
Our scooter is obviously defective. The battery does not go in properly. We received it last Monday and have not been able to use it. I expect an immediate replacement and i expect scooter direct to pick it up immediately. Receiving a defective scooter has put a real damper on our vacation.
