This was my 2nd purchase from SDirect of a heavy scooter for outdoor work. The 1st one is still running at almost 10 yrs old, but the brand is discontinued and parts have become hard to find, after almost 10 yrs of daily, reliable svc. Parts are hard to find so i'll keep it as a spare. I just got the replacement ride today. My Wrangler 2 came on time and in perfect condition. Scooter Direct had the best price and excellent svc again! Russell was most helpful and efficient too. Thanks for another wonderful transaction.
Wanted to share how exceptional how customer service at Scooter Direct was for my 96-year father's scooter. The battery had gone dead, as well as the charger. Russell who I spoke with in customer service was so helpful deciding what was needed for his scooter. Ordered over the phone and received items so quickly! It is so nice to talk to someone in person, as he such attention and personal care for replacing these items. I highly recommend them.
