This is an update review, I bought an electric scooter from this place on February of this year , 2 weeks ago the scooter stopped working completely I spent $347 dollars getting the scooter now has been seating on my living room I'm about to trash it is garbage
Loretta & Chris were very welcoming from the minute we walked into the store to the minute we left. My husband needed a scooter and not knowing what we needed exactly, they both took the time to answer and explain every question we had and more. They had suggestions and offered several choices and together after explaining what he needed and their knowledge we were more then fully satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing their services. Very friendly and very knowledgeable on their products.
I had a great experience buying from Loretta and Chris at the Scooter and Home Gym Equipment Store in Robbinsville. I walked in just to check out their selection and was pleasantly surprised by how much they had—scooters, e-bikes, and a solid range of home gym gear. I ended up snagging their Smith machine floor model, which was a great find. Chris was awesome to work with—super knowledgeable and honest. The reason I'm rating this place with 2 Stars is because the lady I believe she's the owner was very rude with me over the phone, I bought an electric scooter from her and that's how you treat your costumers wow just wow , I recommend Princeton e bikes the owner is a really nice guy and respectful , he won't get upset if you have any questions , this lady literally screamed at me over the phone she was like GET TO THE POINT , GET TO THE POINT WOW , that's the reason I didn't buy my e bike from this shop instead I went to get... read more
