Dylan Walsh went above & beyond to ensure we were satisfied and answer all questions. He took the time to explain everything in-depth as well as review all options for us! UPDATE: Scoot made good on their promise of a discounted refinance on the mortgage loan I got before my original review. They were just as easy to work with this time around, and Dylan was great throughout the process in answering my questions.
