Initial quote sounded OK and work was good but then it started going wrong. Having fitted a new boiler, they left it in a mess with tiles off the wall and no connection to the Hive thermostat that they had recommended. We had paid 1/2 over the phone and if I remember correctly, the original quote had been reduced as parts/work had slightly changed from original. I would highly rate this company. They went above and beyond. To start with, they booked a date in the diary quickly for a replacement boiler to be fitted. They turned up on time, were clean and tidy and lovely to have around. Especially when my elderly Neighbour collapsed on their doorstep. They scooped him up, got him inside and rang the emergency services. On top of all that, they fixed a few things in my house without being asked or charging! Please come again!

Excellent local company in West Sussex . They came out to quote very quickly . Duncan was very knowledgable and helpful. The install was a little tricky as the LPG boiler was not available in Uk so Vaillant had to modify but it went smoothly the day after instal. Mags and Tiger in the office was helpful, friendly and dealt with things very efficiently .
