I had an incredibly terrible experience with this company today. I was outside 10 minutes early for my ride and stranded outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes waiting for my ride. A blue bus pulled up but it was a different driver than I normally have who pulled up and he did not open the doors to the bus. This same driver also told me a few days prior(very rudely) that I was not his driver—so I assumed he was here to pickup someone else. Left my patient stranded yesterday at umass, and she had to pay a cab $42 to get home. Even the Dr office tried calling them, got nowhere. Unbelievable
