I'm a bit claustrophobic, so I was a hesitant about going into a dark cave. LOL I told the owner and she assured me that if I felt uneasy to simply push the door open. I never felt uneasy and quickly felt relaxed. I enjoyed the salt cave quite a bit, very very relaxing. I didn't know what to expect as you aren't aware of any salt in the air. The mist is so fine. Upon leaving, I felt relaxed and calm, not sleepy all day. I highly recommend trying this salt cave.
This was the best experience ever! The facility is clean, and bright. The caves are peaceful and relaxing. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Thank you Cris for everything!
