I am a huge fan of the Scituate Salt Cave! It is my favorite self care activity. I have referred many friends and colleagues here for yoga classes, meditation, and relaxation! I always leave feeling completely renewed and refreshed. I especially appreciate the $25 community cave option on Wednesdays. I took a yoga class here with Colleen Marie - such an incredible healing experience. I’ve practiced yoga for years, but never in this kind of setting. It was a slower, more restorative class - however the salt layered in a new kind of challenge. I left feeling recharged and like I worked muscles that have never been used. So great. The salt cave was clean and the ambience made for an awesome energy. I really like what they offer in the store section too. Definitely will be returning!

This place is my happy, relax and restore time. The staff and environment is so welcoming and calm. Love it.
