I was given the wrong number and a very disgruntled employee who claimed she was the manager answered. Mind you Scioto County Clerk of Courts directed me to the wrong extension. She was very rude and hung up on me while I was trying to deal with finding a domestic relations number for something very personal. Instead of trying to help she was very short tempered, inconsiderate and I have never felt more upset on the phone. I would like someone to contact me so that I can share more about my experience.
