Ownership in service. David and Greg provide excellent service every time I go there. All three of my bikes get awesome treatment and so do I. Bought my Schwinn Le Tour III in 1978, before they were born at the same establishment. BEST *****

Servicing the Schwinn We took our Schwinn in, which we didn't buy at Schwinn Cyclery, to buy a new seat. Greg asked some questions & determined a new seat wasn't needed, just an adjustment of the old seat. He made the adjustment, relocated a misplaced reflector & didn't charge us a dime. He was polite & professional in every way. We walked out and then rolled the bike back in to buy a mirror & horn. He installed them & charged nothing for his time, just for the parts. Fast and personal service With out talking me into things I didn't need these guys serviced my bikes, all 4 of them and they were ready to pick up the next day. I picked out helmets for the kids and they fit each one so that the straps were right.
