I came to work with Attorney Eric Schweitzer through a referral from another firm in Fresno. The nature of my case, in other Attorney's opinions was not only unwinnable, but many barely looked at the documents or assumed there was a particular statute (1203.4 - which does not restore firearms possession) in play and therefore declined to even look into the matter for me stating my firearm's rights would only be reinstated with a pardon.
