I had a simple CIVIL proceeding and hired Eric Schwartz to represent me from a referral. The case was set to be held in 2 weeks. Mr Schwartz is a criminal case attorney but assured me he could represent me and was able to take on the matter. For 13 years, the Broward County State Attorney dragged me through the criminal justice system. The best decision I ever made was to hire Eric.
