Amazing customer service by a young woman named Molly. We were greeted right away she helped us to the area where the items we were looking for were located. Told us to look around, she gave us space and wasn't pushy. She told us to find her if we had any questions, and we had a few!! She new the answers to everything we asked she was full of product knowledge and even recommended an amazing bedroom set my husband and I fell in love with. This girl deserves a raise! Absolutely disgusted with Schwartz Furniture Sydney, Yesterday June 24 2025 I went in to purchase a bedroom set which i found one I liked & On sale. I paid for this in full with delivery for Friday( i could have taken it all home right then but i never had a truck). I then checked my invoice and realized I was over charged so I called only to be told “I’m having a moment” after they finally realized yes I was over charged I had to make another trip back for the refund difference.
