Very friendly staff! I walked in the door, and they remembered my name, and my original inquiry from months prior. They were able to give me the help and answers I needed.
My employer has been using them for a few years now, and I've not been impressed with their recommendations; which my company uses to reduce employee fund options based solely on their recommendations. While I respect their opinion and financial experience, at the end of the day I prefer to be able to make my own decisions regarding my retirement options/assets.
