I placed an order and they never delivered it. I tried calling and no one ever answered. Also, I just tried speaking to an agent via chat and I get a message that they are currently closed! It's 11:06 a.m.! Growing up, my parents used Schwan's and we always had a great customer experience. I have no idea what has happened now, but I will never purchase from them again.
