My last two deliverys have been pushed back. It is always the say story. The text says one time and when I call to check on the delivery it is another time frame. If they deliver while I am gone they can't get into the secure building. I am just about done with this company.
Great Co. Really enjoy the menu and meals. All 4 food groups, deliver right to your home or business. Very rich taste pies, ice cream. Fish, sea food, beef, chicken, pork.
Sales reps were great
For OTR drivers delivering here, these guys don’t have forklift or even pallet jack, they use their hands, because this facility is too small, they keep me in a door for about 5hours and still they were unloading me. Be aware of that if you have an other pick up
After a few years hiatus from Schwan's, I wanted to try again by ordering online......and take it from me, request an at home sales call and NO online ordering! I ordered one day, had a scheduled delivery for the next day, and it was delayed one more day. Sure I understand that, on the second attempt, no show, not a call, email or text that the second attempt would not work. I can handle one no-show, but a second without an explanation is a done deal.
