I was very hapy at first. Liw prices great service. After doing my tax return, I started them on my business bookeeping. they have charged me for over a year now and never given me any profit loss statements. When I call, they rarely answere. When they do answere she tells me it is the off season and she hasnt got to it yet. They usually get me the things I have to turn in to the IRS the day or the day before they are supposed to be mailed.
