Service went down the toilet since becoming yelloh
I do not like this company.
Prompt delivery, wonderful selection.
So for food and drivers the company is great however corporate is a joke. I was charged for an order that I never placed for almost $200. I called their corporate to resolve the issue and they never called back even though multiple times I was told I’d be called back 24/48 hours after my claim was opened. I spoke to a supervisor in a different department who stated that refunds take 2-4 weeks to be processed once a claim is opened. I placed an order and was told it would take 11 days for the delivery and that day has come and gone the food I ordered was for my wife who has the mentality of a child due to a recent stroke and she gets upset and doesn't understand and after 5 calls to customer service I got 5 different answers I will never use Schwann's ever again.
