Was overcharged for items. After 20 minutes on phone still did not get a credit. I will just not order again from this company. Nordstrom prices with Kmart Service. We all know what happened to KMart
We have been customers for over 10 years and have enjoyed numerous items from the product list. My reason for todays review has to do with the changes made to the website for delivery options. Most recently the change to have UPS deliver the products in some cases. When my wife placed our recent order, she naturally assumed that it would arrive via truck with our regular driver. I Love this Company!! I Love the FOOD!!!! Super Delicious items and I will say that the Customer Service has been Outstanding for Years this company has had our business! Our Service Rep. Eric is Incredibly personable and always goes the EXTRA MILE for us to leave us Satisfied. We Appreciate Service Leader Jim as well. Always Excellent to have team members on the same page with delivering Good Quality food and Remarkable Customer Service. These guys deserve a Bonus!!! Much Love❤️💯
Worked briefly for them that thow away 100s of lbs of good food if something as small as a dent in the outer box sin
