Would not recommend this Company, we use order from them ,we started back well delivery came first time, third time came around no delivery, no phone call email nothing then they promised by UPS still never came, and also took the money out of our account with nothing to show for it ! They have horrible customer service, delivery service ,buyer beware!

The food is hit or miss, some things are great and some things are not so great. I'm giving 2 stars because they have never delivered to my doorstep. I live in an apartment and they refuse to come in to deliver to my door like they advertise. I work from home and was on a conference call the last time they delivered, they called my phone over and over interrupting my work call then they were going to leave without delivering my order. I'm done with schwans too overpriced to not even get it delivered like its supposed to be.

Customer service 🤬. ❤ the pot pie. Blk cherry 🍦 not soooo much. The pretzels & the sauce is sooo good. 💜💜🤸 Chicken & Broccoli cheese/ mushrooms sauce is NASTY!!!😿

I've been a customer for almost two decades now. I dropped out about 5 years ago and just recently started up again. Admittedly I got to know my drivers and would sometimes order things I didn't really need just to give them a good order that day for their effort. I've always found the swan salesman to be nice gentleman and I work from home running a childcare business these past 30 years and while I can't afford swans prices for my kiddos volume I have always used it for top-notch ice cream treats and several Staples my fam... read more
