They over charged me and my coworkers and refuse to make it right. And their food is overpriced for the taste. May as well order take out from local Restaurants instead

I totally love my Schwan's...I have been a customer 2 years...recently I have tried some new things...this week the baby back ribs...they were overcooked but the flavor was bland and very salty...total let down...I don't know why they would promote these so much because they are really bad...I wasted $20 just to give it to my dog!
