I placed an order with Schwan's (now Yelloh!). The order arrived on schedule, but was missing an item on November 21 2023. I wrote to company three times since then. I received no reply, no missing item, no refund. I called the number on their website and was routed back to the web site to place an order. This company sends me at least two sales promotions by text/email every day! I'm very disappointed. This problem could have been resolved with a simple reply to any of my multiple inquiries.

I was in a Westerville community headed somewhere and ended up behind this Schwan’s driver as he/she made turn after turn using no turn signals at any point. Company needs to focus on driver training. Turn signals were invented and they’re the law. Let’s be bold and use them!

Ordered 3 times. Great food. However, after receiving the 1st order. The next never got delivered. After calling and rescheduling the delivery for the next week, it also never got delivered. No text, no email, nothing. I have now spent 6 hours waiting on an order I still do not have. I'm done with this terrible service.
